Ngô Kiến Huy recently shared his decision to participate in the program “Chiến sĩ quả cảm” (Brave Warriors), a program implemented under the direction of the Ministry of Public Security, in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the traditional Vietnamese People’s Police and the 20th anniversary of the All-People’s Day for National Security Protection. The program aims to provide a realistic image of police officers, allowing artists to experience and immerse themselves in the police environment, testing their physical and mental endurance. With his experience participating in many reality TV shows, Ngô Kiến Huy hopes to bring a genuine, close, and emotional image of police officers.


The program demands rigorous preparation in terms of physical and mental strength, and artists are required to strictly adhere to discipline regarding appearance, demeanor, living conditions, and training regimen. Ngô Kiến Huy has thoroughly prepared for the program, maintaining a regular exercise routine and honing his physical fitness to overcome the challenges ahead. He shared his training process, preparation, and the principles he set for himself during the physical training process.

Ngô Kiến Huy also discussed his scientific and healthy dietary regimen, which enables him to maintain his health and physique as desired. He does not follow an overly restrictive diet but carefully selects food and balances intake and expenditure to avoid putting a strain on his body.
